I have been a customer since february this year. I must say that I am really impressed by the product, the M402. I am also impressed by the outstanding quality of this high-tech product. When my vaporizer got faulty, I got a replacement without problem. For a couple of weeks ago one of my batterys also didn't work anymore. Also that was replaced without any extra cost. All I can say is that I am so satisfied with the guys över there in China that is so kind to their customers and their great service minds. I warm and sincerely recommend buying from them!
