Like Rick I think this item needs some sort of instruction as you need to hold the button for 3-5 sec until it begins to flash for it to start charging and even then id check it goes red (by quickly pressing the button again) as a few times mines stayed green after flashing witch means its not charging.
Apart from that minor floor and not really fitting 401 size batts its really good, I'v had mine a few days now and am using my batts not passthrough just so I can play with this.
In the pics it looks shiny black but is actually rubberised (matt) which I think is better and gives a bit of a quality feel.
I have reccomended this to a few friends and would to anybody, this and manual batts are my fave combination so far.
Compatability:-
401 no charging batt is too high and complete cig is too long also.
403 yes but a bit fiddly and rattly.
402 yes perfect
